Whoops, I thought it started today Well, there's nothing wrong with getting to work on time and exercising one extra day, heh heh. I did 15 minutes of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred this morning. But, as I feared, my knees are not going to cooperate--tried to do the cardio parts very gently but one of them still started to feel stressed/tear up. So looks like I'll have to stick with my uphill walking & elliptical work.
