The Trivial Complaints Thread ... #3

@BlackCurtains that's awful! :mad:
My dog has a limp and the vet wasn't able to find anything. Apparently she cried the whole time we were gone, even when eating. She only stopped after we left. I felt so bad for her. She's going to feel even worse when we skip our walks until she's better. My poor baby puppy dog.

I've had a creative block since the end of last year regarding my book. I can't write or draw anything related to it. Unfortunately, I'm hyperfocused on Dio Brando from JoJo's and I only write and draw things related to him when they're not my studies. What's getting in the way of my book are my hyperfocuses. Sometimes having ASD just gets in the way. I hate it when I have useless hyperfocuses. It frustrates me because I dedicated myself so much to this book and now I can only write f :cloud:

My account is still negative. The clinic is completely ignoring me about paying me the overdraft fee. I did sell a couple of ponies on Facebook but I need to be able to print the shipping labels, so I'm keeping the money in Paypal for now.
Pokeyonekenobie:
Had a patron come into the library that told me her daughter was doing a report on origami and then claimed that ALL of our origami books were checked out. Now, that didn't seem right to me so I started looking it up and I told her we do have some (like 20+), they were downstairs in the children's area, though. To which she informed me that she looked at those and "they're all insects and animals. I want traditional origami like boxes and flowers and the two books you have are checked out."
Um...yes, one of the kids origami books she wanted is called Traditional Origami (written by an American, so take that for what it's worth) but animals are also traditional. So since I was up in our adult nonfiction section I told her I wanted to double check the shelves because I knew we used to have some there--really I just didn't want to sift through 10 pages of our catalog. Sometimes it's faster just to go look at the shelf.
She informed me that she already looked under China and Japan and there was nothing. I had to bite my tongue because they wouldn't be under China or Japan (which are in the 900s and cover history and geography of a specific place). They would be under Arts and Crafts, in 736.9 to be much more precise.
So I go over and have a look and there is one book on Japanese Origami Flowers, which is what she wanted. Then I told her that I remembered when I was in sixth grade we read a book called "Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes" and then we learned to fold origami cranes. And she said, "Oh, that would work!" So I got her the numbers of 2 books on folding origami birds--in the children's section, which she informed me she already looked down there but she would go look again.
I did tell her we could put her on the list for the Traditional Origami book she wanted, but I was concerned that it might not come back in enough time for her daughter to get her report done, so I just wanted to make sure she had something, just in case. :rolleyes:

I woke up feeling sick. Nauseous and dizzy.
