Anyone selling older Disney dolls?
« on: September 12, 2012, 02:49:30 PM »
I'm mostly interested in Tarzan's Jane, Pocahontas, Jasmine, and Meg from Hercules. I've checked ebay and they tend to be on the expensive side. I don't want to go broke trying to re-get some of my childhood favorites. Anyone got them for sale? I'm interested in other older Disney dolls too.

I'm happy to work out a deal. :)

On another note, I'm looking for a good Cinderella doll too and Little Mermaid stuff!

Well, I do have a few Disney Barbies that I might be willing to sell.
I keep these dolls for years, I aways had this "collector soul" XD So they where kept in very nice conditions (not mint thought, but they're all in nice shape).

I do have Pocahontas (the one that had the leaves drawning apearing on her dress under the sun... I think this effect might still work).
I also have Jasmine (in a very pretty purple bath suit version).

About other Barbies, I have Anastasia and Dimitri, I do have Harry Potter and Hermione, Sailor Moon and a few other characters.

But I actually never thought about how much I might ask for them. Mabe if you're interested and you make a good offer, I might accept it

Well, Not actually Harry Potter "Barbies"... Those are dolls from the very beginning of the series (or the movies at least). I just treat them as part of my Barbie collection because they fit just fine among the Barbies. They're smaller, like Barbie kids (because they where kids atthe begining of the serie) and have a full joited body (those are very well made dolls with stunning face and details). They also can share clothes with Barbie's younger sister that I just forgot the name right now ^.^

About Sailor Moon, I have... well, the Sailor Moon doll
The doll is in her sailor suit and have all the accessories (the moon rod, the tiara, boots, chocker....) to resume, nothing is missing ;)

If you´re interested, let me know

I'll have to think about it. Not sure if nows a good time to get into Sailor Moon lol. As much as I'd love some dolls.. I'm pressed for space and my new Disney obsession is sort of taking over right now. Thanks for letting me know though!

I have a few dolls I'm selling, but their being sold in sets.

1991 Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. She and the Dwarfs are in excellent condition, she is jusft missing her shoes, and 1 detachable sleeve.

The Little Mermaid Arial and Eric. I think this must have been a babysitting version, because she comes with a baby Mermaid. Both are in near mint condition, but his wedding outfit may need a little cleaning.

Sleeping Beauty. This one was made in the mid 90's I think. If you wet her eyes it makes it look like she is sleeping. And her outfit is reversible from a pink gown to a blue one. She is in near mint condition, just missing her shoes.
I'll post some pictures later on.

I also forgot to list I have two Little Mermeid dolls. They are:
Ariel in a pink/disco outfit (mermeid tail and top) and very long hair.
Ariel with the classic shell top and an jeans tail you´re supposed to paint/decour yourself. Medium hair (like in the cartoon).

I have a Meg for sale right now. She has some flaws, but she seems saveable. (Her major issue being her hair, and missing/torn bits from her dress.)

Here are some picks of the ones I have:

Sleeping Beauty, I'm hoping to get $15 for her:

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, this is the only one I'd like to keep as a set. I was thinking maybe $30.00 for the set.

It acrually was. I'm thinking she was a babysitter Arial. I saw a promotional pic of her not too long ago, so I'll see if I can find it again.
Thats still her factory hair style btw.

Wow, it is hard to find much info on her! But, after much searching, it seems she came out around '92/'93. It was one of the last Little Mermaid dolls that Tyco made, called Ariel Merbabysitter. She actually came with 2 baby mermaids, but god knows where the second baby is, lol. In box she goes for a pretty penny, but no idea what her out of box value is.

Hi, I have the 1991 Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White. They are near mint and have all accessories. I might even have their original boxes. I can post a pic if you're interested in any of them.
