more talking cadance help
« on: May 31, 2013, 07:23:43 AM »
I'm not really working on this at the moment, so im not in a really big hurry for information or anything, i just cleaned off my desk to make room for my current custom commissions and found her, and thought id see if i could at least take her apart. I found the little screw plugs on her NDS side. well I got one off, and im not sure if you can see it, but the second on i tried to get off. first i broke the tip of my exacto knife in it, its still in there, then the whole blade snapped off the tool xD

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

so does anyone know how i can get those plugs out without possibly almost taking my eye out and wasting more exacto blades?

the one on her neck im guess was really loose, these other 3 are pretty stuck down in there.

i dont care if the processes destroyes the plug or might scratch up the body, this will eventaully be a custom, so i can always just refill and sand smooth better later.

thanks for your help :)

My husband used our dremel with a drill bit attachment to drill a hole which I filled with apoxie later.

I didn't take mine apart. I just pulled out as much as I could from the hole in the back and that's it.

Then yeah, I'd drill out the plugs and remove the screws.
