Big Bad Toy Store has this up for pre-order: http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=HAS22663&mode=retail. No photo, but the description names Princess Twilight Sparkle! Looks like she's getting a Fashion Style size after all. Also, single release Princess Cadance? Thank goodness!

They have a bunch of other new items up for pre-order, including Sunset Shimmer and three other masquerade ponies, an adorable mug and travel cup, (I'm assuming) the new FS Pinkie, and Design-a-Pony Princess Luna (although you will have to pre-order THREE of her plus crystal Rainbow Dash).
