I find it amusing, given all the merchandise spam with her on, that the only one showing on the site at the moment is Starshine. It's like "we have spent a year brainwashing you, NOW BUY HER!"

It's definitely an old Starshine with issues in that photo.

More interesting to me is that the box is only in English. We've seen French and English language boxes so far for these.

The first photos of the mini Firefly from Running Press themselves, were of an actual G1 Firefly, taken in weird lighting, at a really bizarre angle so as to make you think the pony was teensy, like the eventual product would be.  Vintage re-releases?  Cool.  Advertising your item with photos that look like zoomed-in MySpace side-glance selfie profile photos with cafeteria lighting?  NOOOOOOOOOOOO don't do that.

They photoshopped G1 Firefly to advertise their product, but the actual figure itself was essentially a rearing fakie mold, with a showerhead tail. And before anyone gets onto me about that, my daughter had a fakie that looked almost exactly like that, except hers was a neon pink earth pony with neon yellow hair. But the same face and proportions.

Alot of people were displeased about it.
