Hi guys! I know I'm not a very active user, but yesterday I got something that I definitely have to show you! You know about San Diego Comic Con exclusive ponies and a My Little Pony Project, right? So Junko Mizuno pony was in my wishlist for years. I couldn't afford her because of her high price and I don't buy ponies on Ebay or something because of my location. So I reconciled I never add her to my collection. But... Some days ago I saw a listing on a local advertisement board which included 2008 SDCC Ninja pony, 2011 SDCC Tattoo pony and... JUNKO MIZUNO PONY!  And all three were just $11!..  Of course I contacted the seller hoping that none of local collectors have seen the listing yet! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThey arrived yesterday and their condition is just awesome. However, Tattoo pony has some hair issues - it breaks in little pieces like green hair of G3 Jazz Matazz. I thought Junko pony was missing her hood, but she arrived with it! I decided to create one theme for all questions I've got to avoid multiposting. So that's what I wanted to ask you, guys: 1) First one: MIB Toola-Roola. As you can see, the plastic of her box has yellowed and the box overall is pretty damaged. I've bought this pony only because she was MIB but I haven't noticed that the box is in that shape, it was okay in seller's pictures. Now I don't know what to do: I don't want to keep a pony in such damaged package but I don't want to unbox her too because I have one or two Toola-Roolas that look exactly the same. Plus, she's a 25th anniversary pony and that's why I'd like to keep her in box. Maybe I can fix yellowed plastic somehow? I know that it's my decision what to do with her, but what would you do guys? 2) Second: Magic Hat in a very poor condition. Her body is very yellow and symbols are gone. Her hair is also isn't very well. I really don't know what to do with her =( I don't do customs so I don't need a bait pony. I think nobody in my country will be interested in a pony in such shape... What would you do? 3) Princess Silver Swirl. I have a light up Princess Silver Swirl, but her horn is broken and doesn't light up anymore. Do you have any ideas how to fix this? I can sculpt another horn, but I want it to light up... Is there a tutorial how to fix such pony? I haven't found one. 4) And the last one, about my entire G1 collection. I noticed some of my ponies need proper restoration like removing tail rust and so on. But... I'm a bit afraid. Especially I'm scared of opening ponies. I know that sometimes it has to be done and there's plenty of tutorials, but I'm afraid I'll do something wrong. Plus, I've never seen such detergents shown in tutorials on sale in my country, so I don't know which ones should I use. Any advice will be really helpful! Thank you in advance, guys!

It was a great lighting for taking photos some days ago, so I decided to take the opportunity. I also wanted to test the macro lens in new conditions and it turns out that I could use this lens not only for close-up photos! Well, let's move to the new ponies I want to show you. Some days ago during scrolling through new pony listings I saw an interesting lot. There were some G3s, G3,5s, G2s and one G1 Sweetheart Sister. I was interested in G2s only, so I contacted seller to ask if I can buy only them. Luckily she agreed, and I received six G2s for $8. That's how they looked before bath: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginTerrifying, right? And I should say they really were a lot of work! They were missing their crystals, they had stains and messed hair... Luckily it all worth it: G2s Bright Bramley! I think she's one of my favorites now, because she reminds me of G3 Sew-and-So, which I absolutely adore. She had some dirt on her head but it cleaned up. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginCupcake. Her head and hair was painted with yellow crayon or something like that. Luckily it all washed out! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginSecret Tale. I guess the seller figured out I'm a collector and put a freebie pony in package. And that pony was... She's so lovely in person that I decided to keep her. She's missing her earring or something, so I made her a new one. But, her tail is super frizzy. I tried boilwashing, but it didn't help. Maybe I did something wrong? Hi, guys! I'm back on MLP Arena =) Since G1s are hard to find in my country there's a very little chance to find an uncommon pony, especially in a good condition. But seems like this time luck was on my side! I was looking through OLX new pony listings and saw somepony that looked like G1 Seashell. I was like  , because it was really Seashell with no symbol rubs, no marks and flaws, and only for $3,30! It's very cheap for pony in a good condition in my country. Seashell and Bubbles were always my grails because of their unique poses. I'm so happy! Luckily there's no haircuts or frizzy ends. Well, that's all for today! Well, I'm not new here, but forum rules say that I should post here if I want to make trades =) So hi everyone, I'm SkyAircobra and I'm collecting ponies for almost 10 years. I collect every generations and currently have about 250 ponies. I'm also an artist and yes, of course I draw ponies =) I'm from Ukraine, and there are lots of pony collectors in my country. It's really nice to be here on MLP Arena!

Hi there, guys!
Well, I'm moving, so I have to pack up all my things including ponies. Did you guys ever packed ponies for a long trip? How did you do that? I simply put all my G1s and G3s in a paper box one pony on another. I think they'll have to live in boxes for a pretty long time until I have a display place for them again. Don't each of pony need to be wrapped in something? I know one day I'll have to wash up and brush them all again, but 'till that day I want them to be stored correctly.

Every of us know that ponies (especially G1s) can get to us dirty. Some dirt could be easily removed by simple bathing, but some flaws remain even after a good wash up. How do you guys deal with things that can't be removed with water and soap? I've read about sunfading and boiling and I can't understand how to do it. Maybe there are some tutorials to do such things or other ways to remove flaws? And I also a bit scared of opening ponies. I know they're toy figures but anyway, it's a bit... creepy for me. Thanks already!

Hi there, guys! I passed all my summer exams and now I'm totally free until September. Even though I was pretty busy, I looked for new ponies from time to time. So that's what I got in April-June 2016! Firstly, I got my first G3 baby - Pink Sunsparkle! She was so cheap that I couldn't pass her. Here she is next to Apple Delight filly: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThen I bought EG Minis Rainbow Dash. She's so awesome that I decided to buy the whole mane6! Unfortunately I can't buy all of them now because they're really expensive. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginAfter Dashie I grabbed Blossomforth - the pony of my dreams! She's a hard to find pony, so that's why all the online offers in my country are extremely expensive. A shop near where I live have some MLPs, and all the Water Cuties are available there. Anyway, the prices on these ponies are too high, too. But! Once this shop put a tasty discount on Water Cuties Blossomforth, so I just grabbed her =) I'm so happy to have her in my collection! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI also deboxed and styled her. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginAfter Blossomforth I got EG Minis Applejack. Oh my, she's so stunning! I always wanted to buy Bow-Tie, but G1 offers are very rare in my country. This time I spotted her in a small herd with some G3s and fakies, and seller was selling them all together. As I needed only Bow-Tie, I asked if she would sell me only one pony. Luckily, she said 'yes' and asked how much I would pay for the pony. So... I took her away only for $2 =) Anyway, I expected she would be in a bad condition... visitors can't see pics , please register or login ...but she's almost perfect after a good bath! Hi again, guys! I'd like to show you my new cuties and I'll start from my grail of grails - G4 talking white Princess Celestia! I got her from my awesome special somepony ^^ Look how pretty she is! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI took her out of her box and placed at my window. I feel myself comfortable near with her =) And it's really a huge gift from my somepony for me. I was surprised that she was absolutely new! Hi again, everypony. Sorry for being off for too long. I read Pony Brag Arena sometimes to see your new ponies and things, but I didn't comment... Sorry  Although I'm studying hard, I decided to show you my new cuties. I know you like old gens, guys, so I think you'll like them =) Sooo... visitors can't see pics , please register or loginApple Delight family, Braided Beauty and Berry Bright! Now onto each. Apple mommy and foal are just awesome! They both are pretty dirty, but their hair turned perfect after good brushing. Little one is so cute... I always wanted a G1 baby =) Now I need to give them a good bath and find them a place! Braided Beauty's mechanism works! I thought her hair won't be good, but 20 min of brushing made her mane and tail shine. And her pink hair is unfaded, yay! Seems like her tail has been in "short mode" all the time, because it's more silky at the start of the tail. I think she'll be wonderful after bath! And Berry Bright is in great condition. Hair is silky and uncut, legs and body are clean, eye crystals are on their place... Awesome! I never thought G2 ponies would be so little =) Now I can officially say that I'm an all gens collector - I have at least one pony of every generation! And I think I didn't show you my grails I got in summer... She's a kind of zombie pony. She's rude and unfriendly, but she's very clever pony, as she was the first student of Princess Celestia. Wanna see her?
