I never had Dream Estate as a kid not to mention did I know such thing excised.
Therefore im not sure weather these two are different corners or are they both same corners of 2 sets?
Bouth have a large "2" at the bottom

probably a double of the same corner? since it looks like the hinge seems to be on the same side, "i think"

No they are 2 different parts - looks like you have the nursery and the lounge/living room there

Each Paradise Estate had four main buildings, two with the bottom hinge, two with the top hinge - mirror images of each other. Looks like you've got half the building/rooms, just happen to not be a connecting pair.
