Aussies - PonyConAU 2013 anyone?

I've already got my tickets and I can't wait to go! This will be my first pony-centric event, I have no idea what to expect. I missed the last Pony Fair (wasn't into ponies then lol) and I don't know what's happening with that in the future but I do hope to see some fans of older generations at PonyConAU next year and not just all Bronies, it'd be awesome if the fair and con could join forces and get even more fans together. Does anyone have any plans to go?

I found it strange that they went with the name PonyCon instead of BronyCon since it will be mostly FIM but I really do hope to see at least a little older gen representation. You can hire booths to sell so I'm sure they wouldn't say no to a G1 booth.

Lol not the first time I have seen that kind of claim in relation to some of these conventions unfortunately - all they need to do is add FiM in there and it makes it true as otherwise its a bit of a stomp on the Aus Fair.
