She makes me think of the dark blue Greek Baby Bluebelle.
She's a lovely colour, that's all I have to add at the moment :blush:

I guess we will have to wait until if shows up around here in the hand of the owner. But I feel it might be another factory error or so, like Perla/Blossom that showed up a few months ago.

agreed...she looks like she used to be more of a purple...but I still want her...lol

dang ok... annoying when a pony goes back "underground" when I think it is so cool to still be finding variants "in the wild" and all these so many decades later
ah well - she would make a cool mommy to the greek dark blue version of bluebelle IMO

What does "Piggy" stand for and why do they have (what looks like.) Sleepy eyes? I like these ponies! They're soooo strange looking

Piggy because their little feet look like pigs trotters! They were christened piggy ponies a long time ago and were even considered fakies until one was found mint on card.
They do indeed have sleeping eyes like a bbe baby pony.
Why? They were just made that way :P

Beddy Bye Eyes ^.^ it refers to the sleeping eyes.

Her color is uniform for the most part, so I'd say maybe the factory goofed up the dye on a batch and threw most of them out. This one must have been missed. Btw, maybe you could submit an image of her to mylittlewiki? Somebody there might know something.

I am not sure on the rules of image donation to MLP Wiki, the owner of the pony or the auction images might not be happy with them being shared unfortunately :(
