Yes, I saw the pop ponies today at Walmart. They look cute MOC but I am wondering if they will work out well. If anyone is going to collect these, they'd better leave them MOC. It would be a real pain to try finding all those pieces loose...

absol, FF ponies were sold in Canada. My very first pony was FF Cotton Candy with the bilingual packaging. They were sold out in a few weeks when I went to buy more, they had restocked with concave/collector pose ones.

Ok thanks guys. Now I know which 200 pc I'm missing. It's the one with flutter ponies at the PE. I got lucky this morning and found 2 of the 200 pc ones, both in great shape, one complete and the other missing one pc. There were usually 4 in a set. I have a thing for pony puzzles.. but it's So expensive to ship them, awesome when I find them locally.

Dream Valley used to have a section with G1 puzzles. I should have written them all down then. Did anyone keep that info?? I have 21 of the Milton Bradley puzzles and want to know how many other Milton Bradley ones there are.

While not terribly popular, I've had a hard time finding minty Magic Message and Dance 'n Prance ponies. Some kids thought the magic message symbol was a scratch 'n sniff, so it got wrecked. They do not stand the test of time very well either. And that Cloud Dreamer... that shade of pink.. forget it, seriously, it's Gonna pop out spots I'd put money on it. The plastic around the tails of dance 'n prance splits and breaks easily (then hair tangles around the tail) and so many have their rear legs bent. Their mechanism does not last as long, or work as well as the happy tails ponies. I'd also say Majesty is Vhtf in minty condition. The combination of being white and having a glitter symbol puts the odd against her. I've never found one in 17 years that came close my childhood one that I never played with.

Minty and Toboggan are loose with no accessories but Sno-Glo has her hat and brush. So, it doesn't make any price difference if they have the white magnet covers/no magnets?

I have searched the price check archives and can't find any check for them at all. These 3 are loose and have white hoof covers where the magnets would be. They are in great shape and Sno-Glo has her accessories, brush with hat still factory sewn on. Any idea what range they should be priced at??

I have never purchased anything from Taobao. I'm not that big into G4. I think if Hasbro wanted it stopped, they would have done something about it by now. The only real thing I worry about is collectors spending good money on loose 'prototype', and 'error' ponies and maybe expecting them to be worth a lot of money down the road. I can't see how it will be proven that they are authentic, licensed ponies and not fancy fakes instead. I also wonder in what quantity these are 'discovered', or perhaps made on purpose to sell for a quick buck.
