Figurines
« on: February 08, 2013, 12:50:11 PM »
I'm preparing to be a vendor for BAP, and among my buttons, prints and drawings, i'm planning on selling small figurines. My plan currently is to have one of each pony type and an alt color for them (as well as some blank ones for custom purposes). For now i only have the Earth Pony design

I may remake this one (since this was the first i made and now i got a better grasp on the clay), but this design would be Minty (G3)/ Sweetheart (Tales) Alt color .

My other planned designs are Twilight Sparkle/Twilight (G1) Alt Color  and Rainbow Dash (G4)/ Firefly Alt color.

Opinions, suggestions? I'm considering buying Decal paper for the cutie marks, but i don't want to buy something that i won't be using and that would unnecessarily mark up the price.

Very neat, you need to smooth a few parts a bit better and if you can slim some areas down but they are cute and I look forward to seeing more.

That reason is why i'm considering not making this into a mold and just remaking it. It was after all my first model (and fun fact, it was also my first time using clay :P). The original design (that i may upload at some point) actually had pigtails and socks but they became too cumbersome/big to actually work.
