Oh you must be so p***ed right now. I agree that this needs to be taken all the way, if she can have your legitimate negative removed and then send you unpleasant messages, I bet she does that kind of thing all the time. What a horrid person!

I was so frustrated! It's irritating, because when I get frustrated I end up crying. So, I was on the phone with three different people from ebay and I was trying soooo hard not to start to cry. It didn't work. :/ They told me there was nothing that they could do because she had appealed and been granted that appeal and the negative was automatically removed. Sad... no way to warn people about her now except through here. She also was bragging to me that she sold the pony to someone else. :/

Right... I'm thinking she's very good at this whole game she is playing. She probably has done this before! :/

What a horrible person!   and for ebay to remove the neg ... sometimes they stuff up so bad!  I'm glad ebay got you your refund though  
 This seller does seem like this is something she has done before and even if she hadn't once she's got away with it she'll do it again..plus the way she is behaving she doesn't deserve to have any customers. She is going right on my blocked/do not deal with list

She's a terrible person! What she has done and keeps doing to her buyers is not right! I think you should post her user name in this topic so if people Google her eBay name this thread pops up!

I can't remember word for word, but it was something like; "Item NOT Near Mint. Awful pictures. Rude/reluctant about refund. BEWARE!!!"

I think I can see why Ebay removed the negative in this case- since you did get a refund right?

I agree that the seller's behavior was bad in this case, but I suppose I would rather ebay error on the side of removing negative feedback when there has been a full resolution, than not, simply because while the facts of this case make the lady look pretty shady- there are also lots of buyers these days that try to extort honest sellers for discounts with the threat of bad feedback.

It probably was the bit about the refund that got the neg removed since it was resolved and you got refunded, but its a pity because actually it would have warned other potential buyers about the issues you had with her *sigh* 
I've seen similar feedbacks to this overlooked in the past
