How is Dollyhair.com nowadays?

Hello, first off I'm not sure if i'm in the right forum board for this :s but I figured its dealing with customs so i'm like, "why not?" 

But i'm curious how is Dollyhair.com's reputation nowadays? I'm eager to start rehairing with hair that's meant for MLPs and not humans! >.< (doing my first rehair with human hair now and it's horrible :c its a pain to get into the needle eye cause the hair splits all sorta ways e.e and no its not actually human hair before anybody starts to freak out  its what African Americans mostly use, and you can find it in a beauty supply store )

So back to Dollyhair...i'm really hesitant to order from that site, i've read some bad reviews about it and I really don't wanna risk losing my hard earned money from attempting to buy from that site. But if it's reputation picked up then i'll be hair shopping in no time! or if anybody has any unused hair they're willing to sell, hit me up a PM ^^

I've bought from Dollyhair over the past couple of years and it has been fine!  On various occasions I have ordered hair, custom blended hair, hair samples, and a bottle of hair-scent.  I plan to keep ordering there in the future.

I placed a large (over $50) order the day she added new colors (or the day after), I had an email in less than 36 hours saying it was shipped, and I received it in less than a week with everything I ordered and an extra "gift" hank or two

I've not had any problems with DH before, but even I was surprised how fast I got my order last month

I place a lot of orders, and have never had an issue, she ships super fast an always includes a free gift or 2. but I do place orders over $100 at a time! And they arrive within 10 days an im in Australia.

Minnesota here, and I got my order within a couple of weeks! She seems to be pretty efficient.

I buy from Dollyhair.com all the time, I love it! I usually get a receipt saying it was shipped by the next day and it always arrives within the week. I always get what I ordered, and sometimes I even get a free hank when I place large orders. I have been buying from Dollyhair.com for years now and I have never had a problem.

I ordered twice from them within the last few months and the packages arrived very quickly to Canada. I will happily order from them again!

Never had issues And it was quick shipping to Finland too!

Now my problem is that for some reason I can't put anything on the cart :O it say error 403. I have mailed them about my problem and they suggest that I change my browser since thay have had orders normally so it seem that nobody else doesn't have issues.. but chancing doesn't work either and now I can't order any hair 
Has somebody else come a cross with this problem?

Well I never had any probs at all.

Ordered a few weeks ago and the order arrived super fast. (sadly one hank was missing but I'm sure we'll figure it out) =)

 I haven't personally ordered from her so I cant add my own experience, but it seems that she is doing ok with her orders again now.  If you don't want to personally order from her as a new customer then perhaps ask someone else/a friend here who regularly orders large orders if they can order some for you too?

Sorry but when you said huge lots I could just imagine you in a hard hat, trying to ease a giant truckload of colorful hair into your driveway.

I just ordered from DH through PayPal. Hopefully everything goes alright and I chose the right payment method if not then hopefully I can always get a refund from PayPal right? :L (or however that works ._. )
