and non responsive sellers for that matter.
the problem:
I "purchased" an item from an international ebay seller ( ebay France i believe)
the item was listed as ships world wide,
and the listing showed the shipping rates for the various countries.
so i went to check out and buy the item, an action figure if your curious.
only ebay won't let me pay for it!
the seller has to send me an invoice with the shipping before ebay will let me pay.
ok fair enough.
so i request an invoice,
a week passes and there is no responce.
i send another request, and another , and another!
before long it's been well over a month and the seller still won't respond to my requests.
ok then i'll cancel the item , ...
nope the seller has to approve that one too!
another 5 days pass!
i send the seller a few pm's to the tune of
"please send me an invoice for this so i can pay it,
or if you don't want to ship it then please cancel the item!"
another week and a few more messages of similar content
and still no response at all from the seller!
meanwhile over this time frame there feedback page suggests that they have indeed been active on the site.
so what gives?
and
what the hell do i do now?
suggestions please?
