I reported this seller to ebay when the thread opened, I said the pony didn't have the pony and was a fraud.  Keetchino at least you have seen this thread, I still can't believe people do this type of stuff

I'm sorry, Keetchino, but I would start the process to get your money back NOW. As soon as they disconnect their bank account from Paypal, Paypal won't have anything to pull your funds back from.

I agree with Jadis, please do open a case on Paypal NOW! The seller doesn't own this pony because it is in my collection. I am so sorry that this happened to you and hope everything Works out well for you.

That auction was ended early by the seller and the seller is NLARU under that name.

If you read the first page of this thread there are links to the previous thread about that auction and the evidence is listed which proves it's the same pony and the same seller :)

I did read that thread. But it has nothing about the second seller...?

Tried to open a case with Paypal, it directed me to the Ebay resolution center since it was an Ebay transaction, however it says I can't open a case yet cause the estimated delivery date is Jul. 3rd, and it's "too early". Looks like my hooves are tied for another day

Also, please don't sign for anything that arrives without looking at it first. Who's to say that a different pony may have been packed and shipped to you. Once you've signed for it, it will state as delivered with Paypal and you may have trouble getting a refund then.  Best of Luck!

If you have the ability, also open the package at the postal outlet. They are official government employees and can back up your claim if you open it and it isn't what you were expecting. That's your best bet. Do NOT open it alone or just with a husband/wife/friend. Open it at the postal outletwith the employee watching or at a police station. If it comes out fraudulent, then you won't have far to go to report to the authorities!

I hate to say that if Royal Mail tracking is giving you an error message, that's dodgy, and could have been falsified :/ I hope it does work out, good Luck!
