She's oblivious and now I have horrible feedback cause of nothing I did.

I understand it's terrible frustrating, but me my self usually look at the whole picture at someones feedback at Ebay. If someone has over all very positive feedback and one negative/neutral I tend to assume it is some kind of honest mistake or that they were unlucky to ran in to a hopeless buyer.

^THIS. If someone has even a few negative or neutral feedback i tend to look at the responses and go off that rather than saying' well they got crappy feedback wont buy from them'
Too many feedbacks are something that i know if it had happened to me could have been resolved but too many buyers dont contact the sellers for that opportunity. It must be be very frustrating to see it there but not every one takes feedback as gospel
