ok! 1pt for sat  and zippo for yesterday.....  grad parties kill me!  :/  so 21! woo.  I had given up mostly on mt dew back in the last go at this, but current circumstances and it being my comfort drink, it has not been good at all!  :/  sadface!  So im trying to drink sparingly, and finish whats already at the house.... and then try to only drink it when not at home... because if it's here i could drown in it.... well... at least it's better than booze! ^_^  lol    so i ve been working with my 10 lb weight!!! woo !!! ^_^  and if it wasnt so hot out id be using my ankle weights,  but they are not worth it in this heat! :/ 

gonna do the 5 changes ... better late than never! ^_^

1.  I dont munch while tv or computering.
2.  feel stronger
3.  more energy
4.  Fit into pants!!! ^_^
5.  I actually WANT to exercise and eat right!!!!!  No more forcing....for the most part... ^_^   WOO

been doing a little better on the exercise part but worse on the eating part....  I cannot get ddr set up right now because mom has taken control of that room, but i found 2 more of the games at the thrifty and i got a 10lb weight (which is also a great doorstop when im not using it!!! lol)   Breaks of my bike are fail, so i cant go on any downhill slopes, but at least i got the tires filled up and am riding around on it... ^_^  I havnt been able to keep track of points again, but i think im like 20 total???  real failishness but im trying!!!  It was so easier doing this at school and not at home.... sadface... o well!   ^_^  I m working on it!!! ^_^  Now that i have some free time im going to get on the ball with this!!! (and get other things that need done, done! )  Much love to you all!!! <3  good luck

been so busy, never time to check in... so here;s it quick.... Im gonna estimate 8 pts from last i checked in...that's 21 total... I really have no idea and thats on the really low end but i dont want to over estimate.... bleh! :<  hopefully after this weekend my schedule will be cleared up enough to actually put time into this, both on here and excersizing...  My lesson for today:  Dont trust what mom says about being low in cals..... 460 is not low at all!!!  Check the serving size before you let them feed you!!!! :/  killed my whole day! and i didnt even get much to eat!  <3 u all  and keep up the great work!!!  I do think of you all often! <3

so jealous! I can unlock songs on my ddrs but for some reason it always goes back to what it had before that days workout.... bleh! oh well! ^___^  <3  still bummn around!  again just one point a day.  GAH!  cant keep up with everyone... :/  so 3 pts more so total of 13... I REALLY need to step up my game!!!  Just really hard with my work schedule right now, especially since my bike wheels went dead and i need to get new ones... :/  meh I live! ^_^

still cannot get myself into really exercising at the moment. I'm blaming it on my schedual, but i just feel like thats a crappy excuse....  anywhoo  1 pt for each day since monday... so only 10 so far.... and i completely forgot about the challenge....bleh!  not doing so hot...... maybe today i can change things around!

ok first i must apologize, i havent been able to get to the computer and i had to wait to ship the extra extras for kiwisquirt because of money, so it is going out on monday.  >.<  I am big fail!!!!  SORRY KIWI!!!!! :<  it'll be worth the wait i promise you!!! ^__^

second,  MINE CAME FROM Zzzova!!!! the 2 ponies are just amazing and the card and little match box with stickers and stuffed animal eyes and noses are just sooo cute!!! <3 <3 <3 love them soooo much!!! <3

OK!!! ^__^ so i havent been able to get to the computer since last sun.... bleh!  ^_^  i have been bad.... and busy, moving boxes furniture and other nonsense, so no exercise, but i have been good on food except for yesterday(my bday) and today.

OK!!! ^__^ so i havent been able to get to the computer since last sun.... bleh!  ^_^  i have been bad.... and busy, moving boxes furniture and other nonsense, so no exercise, but i have been good on food except for yesterday(my bday) and today.  yesterday was obvious, today... just lazy and stuck at parties at fatty food restaurants. :/   so 5 pts for me, and 1 from last sunday, so 6 total.... bleh!!!!! 

I think i can do that challenge!!!! ^_^ 
so the plan is to actually do my exercise, also, I want to dig my bike out and maybe run the trail as well as ride it! ^__^    woo!  now that the unpacking and moving of large objects is over, maybe i can get back on track and make up for lost time! ^___^  :3   

maybe i can keep in better here, and get caught up with all you guys also!!! :3

ok today, well... pooped!!!  didnt do any excersize though... well...extra plan stuff... but i stayed under cals so one point for that. ... hope im doing this right! ^_^

Im so glad there are so many people participating!!! :D  so much fun!   and yes this thread is sooo hard to keep up with now that im not at school with the thread open almost 24/7!!!  lol

Your PLAN: I am using myfitnesspal.com, so they are helping me figure things out and keep track, so i am on a 1200 cal diet that is adjusted when i do exercise.  doing my 4 min workout each morning, and more workout, eventually doing my ddr again....(havent been able to since i moved back from college)

  • 4.) What habits do you want to develop? eating better and more exercise.... with weights
  • PLAN
  • 1.) What program will you be following (this is important, you need a PLAN for success, so be detailed)?  This includes how many days per week you are exercising... how many minutes/hour(s) you are exercising that day... WHAT type of exercising you are doing... etc. i want to exercise 3 times a week for at least a half hour, with weights, and do my 4 min exercise -
  • What are your reasons for wanting to get into better shape and play with us in this journey?I would like to be healthier and more fit.
