you can find the exact gems replacements on ebay , some sellers do sell them in few quantities for very little

the exact size  is PP 18  Swarovski crystals :)

First, great G2s!! 

Wow, so that's why they are so good...not plastic at all, are Swarovski crystals.  PP 18, thanks great to know!
