I've been lurking here for a while. I like looking at the collections for the nostalgia, but I had no plans to collect ponies again until now. G4 changed my mind. At first, I only planned to get a G4 Fluttershy and maybe Rarity since they're my faves from the new cartoon. I liked them more than I thought I would so I picked up Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie and someone gave me Apple Jack and Twilight as gifts.

After buying Luna and Celestia I thought I would quit there, but I contacted Hasbro about my Fluttershy's derp eye so they sent me Twinkleshine for free (who had a large white scratch on her eye... I don't know if I should contact them again about that.) Despite how generic and sickeningly pink she is (and this is coming from a person who loves the color pink) I kind of warmed up to her, especially after I lined her up next to the others on my dresser.

Before I knew it I was looking through Strawberry Reef's G4 guide and planning out which ones I might want to buy in the future. I bought Snowcatcher when I picked up a replacement Fluttershy (who's eye also isn't exactly placed correctly either and has an awful gap between her neck that was hidden by her scarf.... Quality control Hasbro, have you heard of it?)

My ponies were some of my favorite toys growing up, even though I didn't have very many of them. I only had the Happy Meal ponies and the G2s that everyone really hates, but I loved them back then.

I have a few other collections too, Pullips, Azones, Super Dollfies, Dollfie Dreams, and anime figures. I'm also trying to start one for magical girl transformation toys (wands, brooches, etc) too.
