apparently she is the size of a blind bag but slightly smaller then the other Celestia mcd's toy

any info would by much appreciated

She was a kind of McD pony but she was released by the Quick fast food chain as a present with meal in Belgium and France [I think its Belgium and France anyway - I cant remember exactly].

The versions I have seen have purple pink and blue tails.  I guess they were popular enough for new batches I would guess thats the reason for the tail colour difference
