Did Flickr change? I mostly use the app and everything seems the same to me. But I have been seeing a lot of angry pictures about the new Flickr.

Yes, Yahoo decided Flickr needed to be made "awesome again", and their way of doing that was to spring a surprise new design that's some kind of garish mash-up of Facebook, Tumblr and YouTube. That and take away the pro account option and replace it with a crappy one that's twice the price and just lets you use the site with no ads (although supposedly existing pro members will be able to continue to renew their pro account, but now that everyone gets 1 TB of free space and the ability to make collections, there aren't many benefits left, the main ones being stats and the ability to replace photos).
