Sorry I haven't gotten it up guys. I have had s lot of personal stuff going on such as my sleep meds and antidepressants ran out and the doctor took his time not filling them. My meds have worn off and I've just been a mess unable to sleep and really down. I'm also fighting to get another rescue animal in here as the poor thing is in bad conditions.  I know they aren't great excuses but it's just kept me tired or dead to finishing other things. I'll start getting it together as I want the voting done before I start the Valentines one. It looks like because of my slow start that one will run through Feb.

No worries at all I was just worried I missed it. Take your time and take care of you

I have the voting up now, please let me know if I've missed anything and I can reset it. Sorry if I misspelled a screen name I was moving fast. Because things have been so nuts I'm a bit behind finishing Minty so whoever wins I apologize for you having to wait in me some. I'll get the Valentine's one out very soon. I'm trying to think of an interesting twist to add which anyone is welcome to pm me ideas. I have a few but trying to think of some more. Then we might have a slight break till Easter. I know I could hit St. Patrick's day, but figure I'll take a brief sewing break before we hit all this spring and summer holidays.

Thanks so much for everyone participating! These contests got to where there were very few people before so it's nice to try them out again.

My carpal tunnel has been flaring up badly lately because with the rats and ferrets I sew a lot. Mine is bad enough that even with my braces the Vibrations  of the machine or long periods of hand stitching kill my arms. I've been working on lots of sets of rat and ferret stuff so after I finish Minty and the one for the Valentines contest I can take a short break from all sewing. I'm trying to avoid surgery so my arms just need a rest. I always love doing these since I lack any photo skills myself it's cool to see what everyone makes.

Here's mine! Wish I had a better camera. The three 'wise men' are my white pegasi with an accessory (TAF Yum Yum, Princess Tiffany, and SS Paradise) giving baby Rattles a surf board, a bird, and a turtle respectively. My white unicorns are the family: Glory, Majesty, and baby Rattles. They've always been a family in my eyes.

Wet, heavy snow arrived yesterday. Luckily went out and took some pictures in it when it was still snowing. Why is that lucky? Because it hit 40's here today and most of that lovely snow is all gone. On the upside this means did get a picture I'm pleased enough with to enter before the crazy of the holidays takes over and end up missing the deadline.
