Wedding Ponies Already?!

I just read on Equestria Daily that they've been spotted in KMart and you can buy them from their site.

Just the mane 6.... again.

HUH?? Fluttershy wasn't suposed to be available as a single this wave! She was suposed to sit it out except as a bridlemaid! So are they chopping it into two seperate waves?
And where is Cheerilee's picnic and Star Dreams with AJ? You'd think those would come first!

The wedding castle and such are supposed to come out in spring, and spring is very soon (starts in April doesn't it?), while the white Celestia, Nightmare Moon, etc come out in fall. I'm not at all surprised.

Those have come out in UK at least. I just bought both sets last week. :o Guess they're just taking their time in arriving to other places?

It seems poorly thought out to me. We JUST had/are still having a mane 6 wave. Speaking of which, it seems they gave up on the train theme very quickly. Not that I really care which theme they use... just saying.

Seeing as they said the bride and groom weren't arriving until Fall, I wasn't expecting wedding ponies to start coming out until at least summer, maybe LATE spring at the earliest.

I was expecting the next wave to have more original ponies, though, not just be the main six again. That's awfully disappointing.

there's nothing different, just main 6. They just come with a wedding present as well as an invite.

Although it would be nice to have the main 6 that isn't the first editions with their forelocks.

It is about due that the next wave hits I suppose...personally here I think in the UK we ll be a while before we spot them most of the stores I go to are still overloaded with luggage ponies...I doubt stores will clear their shelves of these and put the next wave up...more likely we wont see the next wave until luggage is all bought out which considering I am convinced the same 20 ponies are on the shelf every single time I go to the store is ages away lol!

I am with you - not excited because I dont really need another set of the original 6 - can you imagine how many more Cotton Candys there would be if the original G1 6 were released with such regularity! Although I ll probably grab Rarity because she is my fav G4. But I always just want them to get through these waves so we can get to "new" brushables...

my walmart is almost sold out of the luggage ponies, but when they're sold out, it takes them about 2 months to restock. we're still waiting on them to restock the fashion styles. i ended up buying 3 out of the 4 that were there hoping that would speed things along, but nope. i've also bought a large amount of the luggage ponies. -.- but they keep bringing in old stuff like the ride along ponies. if i wanna see some wedding ponies, i'll have to make a 2 hour drive into the city.
