orz, that's a bummer. Trying to get people to drop real money on their fake money.

I was thinking about spending $10 in the store 'cause the game is worth $10 to me, but if they're doing shady stuff to get people to part with their cash, I'll pass.

You could always just place dirt roads on top of squares to "reserve" them and prevent obstacles from spawning on them.

What I usually do with obstacles is start clearing them early in the day, and as soon as the obstacle is gone, place dirt roads all over the spot where it was.

I still have to deal with a few obstacles, but nothing larger than 1 square (since I've left a 1-square rim around the dirt roads that were originally present).

Putting down ponds helps to stop those giant rocks spawning as the ponds take up a lot of squares. They're expensive but I try to put them everywhere if I need to reserve space.

The game went mental last night on Joe's iPad (ID sworn13) and was sending a heart gift immediately every single time the gift all button was pressed! I know for us at least that this would only work once a day before but yesterday I got over 1200 hearts from Joe's account onto mine!!! So anyone else with him as a friend may also have received a lot too, at least I hope you did! If not, time travel to Aproil 2013 (don't remember the date I had it on so just go for end April) then they might appear in your inbox

Ugh.  I cannot get the daily bonuses to work anymore.  Every time I time travel, I get over-run with parasprites!  The stupid parasprites are the ones only Twilight's elements can get rid of, and I only get like 2 of them at a time:(
The rocks and trees grow back super fast too. 

I have spent an insane amount of time on this game.  I need Rainbow Dash to defeat Nightmare Moon.  I've been able to activate all the elements of harmony, but I can't finish the game without RD.

That is interesting about the daily bonuses not coming back. I have tested it twice on my iPhone and after 5 days the daily bonus came back after time traveling. There must be another piece to it. I will look into it a little further and will post if I come up with anything else.

That would be AWESOME!  Any tips to try to bring it back would be super appreciated.  I'm starting to consider just starting over, but I've already put so much time into it!  Ugh!

I hate to break it to you, but you need more than just Rainbow Dash to actually complete the game.  You're gonna need some high price buildings like the Town Hall and I believe Cadence and Shining Armor are required too.

Okay, my awesome friend Princessmaker gave me a ipod for my birthday/christmas present.

I was able to download the game but unfortunately since I don't have wifi I haven't come in to list myself as a player because it's a bit glitcy in being able to accept folks as friends. I have visited places where I can get free wifi but sadly the game just seems to not work as far as me accepting friends or sending out gifts.

I have managed to play so at least there is that...and I'm working on fixing up my ponyland. Here is sweetapple acres so far:

Has anyone else noticed that the ponies change price??

I bought Trixie for bits but others have told me she a pony you win in a balloon game.

Also, Daring Do was a balloon game pony but I had noticed she was 40,000 bits on my game, when I looked again, when I was at the point i could buy her she was switched to balloon game. And today when I was looking at the ponies she was back to 40,000 bits so I went ahead an bought her.

Just wondered if anyone else had noticed some of the ponies shift in price or how you can buy them?

Apparently if you are not on WiFi the ponies that you can get during balloon pop can be purchased with bits...  when you are hooked on and linked into Gameloft-  the ponies show up as prize ponies only.

The "friends" feature is super super glitchy.   I have more than 150 "friends" on my Gameloft account- but only about 22 on my game.   Apparently Gameloft is trying to figure out a patch for it...

That trick unfortunately doesn't work on all ponies (so no buying Celestia for bits ).

However, it does work on Soarin, as well as all balloon ponies except Snails.

To be specific, those ponies are: Time Turner, Photo Finish, Trixie, Daring Do, Caramel, Soarin, and Magnum.

This also affects the price of the Celestia statue Decor item, if I remember correctly.

So far I haven't used the time cheat and I'm still playing it from time to time. I have every single pony that doesn't require gems to buy, plus Lyra and Diamond Tiara, and now I'm saving up for Rarity. I wish I could send chests to everyone every day but my friend list keeps getting bigger and bigger and it would take HOURS and a lot of phone bandwidth. There's over 500 people on my GLL friend list and I'm still getting several friend requests a day.
