Hey everyone! Planning is underway for the Hearths Warming meet! The meet date is January, still hammering out exact date. The Hearts Warming meet is going to be our Holiday party!:awake: So, what's going on? Location: Starlight Event Center, Waseca, MN - Lynx room Please bring 5$ to help pay for the rental of the space.Time: 10-5 (set up around 9) Date: Jan 12th 2019 Host: G3 Minty Food: Everyone will be in charge of their own food. But there will be a small group that is ordering from the local Mexican restaurant. If you plan on doing this make sure you have enough cash to pay for your portion. There will be desserts so please bring a small treat to share. This decision was made via Facebook Messenger, if you have other comments questions or opinions please share them as I'm only relying what has been discussed there.... Since no one is discussing anything here... Events:Secret Santa Gift exchange- see second post for details to sign up. Dice Game- Bring 2 generic gift for us all to fight over. about 2 to 5 dollar range. (ebay is not a good source of information... ) plus when she was younger i told her they were valuable so take care of them. otherwise she had a tendency to chew on her toys... well they made it out unscathed, but not she is convinced she's sitting on thousands and thousands of dollars worth of ponies. so i need outside perspectives to help us out.

I am really late to the game this year as life is filled with drama, but i'd like to keep this tradition alive and hopefully have these available for Christmas If you Sign up, you are committing to getting me a picture by Nov 17.
If for any reason you need to drop let me know by Nov 1st so we can someone replace you.Notice: we had a few problems the year before last. as a few pictures were late and several person couldn't finish due to personal problems, so the calendars got out really really late. it's first come first claim, so pick your month when you post. Physical copies are 5$ each plus shipping (combine shipping if you want more than one) pdf copies are free. Picture due date- no later than nov 17thso what it is, is 12 artists (maybe 13) ban together. each taking a month and drawing a picture 11 x 8 1/2 with the pony theme. We are using the hasbro characters rather than ocs.all pictures have to be your original work. please no copying or tracing any stock art. any drawing level is fine. I'll print them at my work. my company has changed a few policies so i have to double check on the cost of printing these. shouldn't be much more if any. shipping will still be about 5$ then you get the printed calender in the mail. (a digital one would be free) I'll be printing them at my work which is a professional book making company. so the quality will be good. and the cost literally just cover materials and shipping. i feel bad putting a cost on it, but since i can't afford to make and ship one for everyone its' only fair for everyone to pay for their own. of course if you want to submit a picture for the calendar and just get a digital copy of the calendar there would be no cost. what do you think? who want to try this? it's first come first serve on months and characters. since we don't want to have a whole calender just of mintys (though i know some of you may not agree), lets keep it to 2 appearance by each character, for the really popular characters. any generation is fine. I sold a doll set on ebay this sat after midnight, so I wasn't able to get the posting stuff done till monday. long story short, the package is still in my car and i'm going to the post office to drop it off on my break tonight. I just got this email from the buyer. I received the package, but the Alistair doll (last one in the pictures) was not in the package and he was the main reason I bid on this lot. Could you please send him to me.

I have several signature releases of eah, mh and a few other dolls. Kinda clearingbmost everything out. Starting with the still in box. Figured its Christmas soon, so good timing. Do we want to try again this year?
if we try again, and you don't think you'll be able to get a picture by nov 30, please don't sign up. I don't want to force others to wait, as there is set up and prep i'll need to do on the printing end. that being said. who wants to sign up?
