Toying with the idea of G1 *scratch that, fell into the pit*

I really, really want a Posey, specifically this one:

So far, I've been a strictly G4 collector, but there hasn't been much lately that I'm really into, so I've been browsing the other gens, and this girl just sticks out to me. Am I about to fall into a bottomless pony pit?

ETA: Is she hard to come by in good used condition? I'm not looking for a MIB one or any accessories, just the pony. How much should I be looking to spend? Thanks!

ETA again: Well, I've fallen into the pit. I have Posey, Applejack, and Skydancer headed my way.

She is pretty easy to come by in nice shape You will find that her hair fades to white quite often, but she is still beautiful with white hair!

I would expect a NM one with pink hair to go for around $12, maybe $15 at the very most if she is perfectly pristine. On average though, you can find a nice condition one for around $8.

There are a few versions of her, and even a few nirvana versions (Italian, anything that was not sold in the UK or the US) that are fairly inexpensive as well.

Posey is a GORGEOUS pony.  Just be aware that her pink hair will fade to white if she is exposed for natural light for too long (and the stronger the sunlight, the faster it will fade).  Artificial light like light bulbs are fine, though.

Just got my first G1 last week, I'm hooked too! As for ebay, just search "my little pony posey" under toys and hobbies, then select 'price+shipping lowest first' and go from there. I'm pretty sure there's one NSS Posey with pink hair going for about 15 bucks right now.

Once you get started it's hard to stop! Posey is a gorgeous girl I have two at the moment - both of them came to me with white hair. You can always repink it, but she's common enough to find one with nice pink hair I think

There's the UK version too who is identical but has darker flowers for her symbol and if anything she's prettier

Wait til you see the NIRVANA blue version of her - from Italy. She is very hard to come by, I expect there is a picture of her in the Gallery. AND then there is an collectors pose yellow version from Argentina... adorable!!
