i paid $100 total for mine, i got it off taobao. i think it might go for $30 or $40. i heard somewhere though $25, but that seems a bit low for what it is.

i measured with a stick ruler, because i can't find my tape measure. it appears to be 17" long (across) and 19" high (up and down) front to back is almost 12"
