Oh I don't worry about it. It's just the neck peg that can pop off from the neck in some ponies. It's really easy to put it back on and it should be secure. This probably won't be an issue for you as a collector but if I gave those to a child I would probably put some glue into the neck hole and put the neck plug back in to make sure it's secure. My Izzy can do that. I actually took her apart and back together many times (this poetically could be used for customs, you could make a hole in a doll's neck and glue the neck peg in to make an anthro doll). That custom looks amazing! Such a good idea to use Chap Mei wings, they look so nice!
This reminded me that I used to attach my Chap Mei wings to ponies with a hair tie once the saddle broke.

You should put her into hot water and wait till her body becomes soft, then try and move her legs into a proper position, try and put something in-between the legs so they stay in place. After you're happy with the position of the legs move the pony to the freezer (you can let her cool off normally-outside freezer, but from what I know the freezer just helps a bit more). After she's cool just let her dry off for a bit and she'll be fine. You can read more about it here

Some people like these for display, try and offer them to people, if no one wants them then just recycle them (throw them away).

Really don't like what they're doing with Frankie, I was mostly planning on buying her but gosh, the shaved head, too many colors on her outfit (the leaked doll didn't look that good) and male voice actor? No thank you.
