Chaotic Rest - G1 Big Brother Rave Pony (Pic HEAVY)

This is the second of my set of Rave ponies :3 Chaotic Rest :3

He was a ton of fun to work on, all of his colors are black light reactive and the green and red are also glow in the dark. The mohawk was a ton of fun, it's a layered mohawk, the original hair plugs are all green, and I added two additional rows, one on each side of the original rows that are blue :3
