loginHow long have you been customizing ponies?Since about 2003 not long after I started collecting again.
What got you started?I started off restoring ponies, but I saw TicTacToes customs and it inspired me to take the plunge.
Do you enjoy other types of art?Yes, I enjoy craft such as sewing and crochet as well as painting and drawing
I have a BA (hons) in Embroidery and have exhibited my work in art galleries all over the UK.
Do you have any favorite customs done by you or another artist? There are so many different styles out there by some many different customisers I find it impossible to pick just one.
What inspires you?HASBRO! I am always surprised and delighted by what they come up with. I also adore how the designs were translated by the factories that made the nirvana ponies giving each country that produced MLP its own twist.
What types of customizing disasters have you run into?I almost customised a nirvana pony! It was a no country Lemondrop, thank goodness I checked her feet! I think the only other disaster as the pony that went all sticky and nasty
I am not sure what went wrong with her paint and sealent
Do you have any favorite tips or tricks?Plan ahead and do not take on too many commissions at once!
Are there any products you just can't live without?Citadel paints (by games workshop) and the re-root tool
What advice do you have for someone just starting to get into customizing?Check your pony's feet! You never know, it might be a nirvana pony!
