Dad decided the census had to be filled out at some ungodly hour this morning. Mum got dragged up early. I got dragged up early...with no prior preparation to be interrogated by the computer (sigh).

Not to mention some of the questions were really intrusive and IMO not necessary for a census.

And I resented being allowed to opt out on details of my religion and sexuality, but not on my disability. In the UK it's illegal to even ask in a job interview if you have a disability, but apparently the census can ask you to disclose it. It's not like the stats are even helpful, because there's no breakdown of types of disability - so they're not going to have a clue about who needs what support and figures based on it.

Also...a slightly rueful reflection for me on the census being done today in the middle of lockdown. All the places I've been and other places I've lived and things I've done in the last 10 years - but the census doesn't indicate any of it, because 10 years ago I was here, and thanks to COVID, 10 years later I'm here again.

Sigh.

I know that's how these things work, but it's just a bit sad thinking on it like that.

I slept really well but woke up with a headache and a sore tooth. I think I had my jaw clamped. When I was a teen I had to wear a mouth guard because I would grind my teeth. I don't think I still do that. I don't like mouth guards because they make me drool

Another complaint. I bought some different food for my cat. It's the same brand but different textures and one has more gravy. Despite the flavors being her favorite, she's not really eating the food. So now she cries and whines all the time for something else. I keep telling her to eat her dry food or if she's really hungry, eat the food in her dish, but she's so stubborn!

How does Taco Bell screw up a BEAN burrito? By adding rice when you didn't ask for it of course. So I couldn't eat it (I didn't have time to go all the way back to the restaurant to get one that wasn't messed up) and now I'm stuck snacking on Trail Mix because I couldn't eat lunch.

I guess I'm paying for that good sleep I got the other day. I'm so tired and can't fall asleep now. I was up until 2am and my cat woke me up at 5. I've been awake since. My eyes are starting to go bloodshot. It's too noisy to nap, I tried.

100% thought this assignment was just a page long. It's not, it's actually four pages long. Should've looked at it on Thursday. I'm making good headway but it's nice today.

I wanted to say that they replaced my burrito today and it was done right.

Today's trivial complaint: I decided to make Easter Baskets for several of my niblings and now every time I go in to the store I buy things and I'm afraid the baskets I got them may not be big enough.

It is super windy out, and we had to put all the bins in the carriage house. They called for 60MPH winds most of the day.

Since I went out yesterday my allergies have been acting up. My eyes burn and itch, I keep sneezing and coughing. My A/C is on but there's probably pollen in my hair and I don't want to wash it again
