I have another complaint. I installed this avatar and signature when I was rewatching Kommissar Rex and got obsessed with it again (how can you not adore that show?). Then I had one of my involuntary sessions of absence, so no one got to see it. Now that I am posting again I'm not as obsessed anymore, so these images don't make sense anymore for me at the moment.

I don't want to ditch these "unused" pictures yet, but I do want something else now!

It sure is! I found my old Trapdoor books recently and ended up down a happy rabbit hole revisiting my favourite episodes of the show.

And my complaint for the day is that I swore out of frustration after tripping over my dad's guitar, which he hadn't put away, and we ended up in a massive row... over a guitar. It is a plank of wood with strings on it but apparently no-one is allowed to say a wrong word about it, as if it's some kind of sacred artifact. There was no need to take it as massively personally as he did. :/

Only problem is they rotate eligibility with subjects.
Mine is not included this year.
...And yes, I did check with them.

I applied for a job and had an interview scheduled but the day before my interview the company called and said “due to circumstances changing” they were cancelling my interview.

Sounds like my dad, he is exactly the same way with his guitars (and his studio equipment, for that matter). The worst time was when he called me in rage at 05.30 AM, barking that we had to take "our" cat* back right this instant, or bring him to a shelter, only because the poor cat tripped over a cable and pulled some equipment down to the floor... It was not even broken!

*The cat used to be ours, but my father adopted him four years prior to this happening, he fully acknowledges him as his cat. Until the cat breaks something of course.

One of my bookshelves - a cheap pressboard thing - is on it's last legs. I've been looking for a replacement on Craigslist, but all the nice shelves are either slightly too big, out of my price range, or too far away.

I took pictures for some Etsy reviews (jewellery, so showing my face is inevitable), and now I feel like such an ego tripper, awful. It couldn't be further from the truth though! I am not a "selfie" person AT ALL, and it took over fifty pictures to get just a handful of decent ones.

Oh well, on the plus side, I did take one (one!) that I actually happened to like. So I'm going to hang on to that one whenever I need a mugshot.

freaking annoying mouth ulcer right inside the top of my upper jaw. Gets hit by nearly every bit of food I eat... Just heal already!!!

I read the saddest story today about cyber bullying in online communities... The elitism and gatekeeping of it all just sickens me. How can these people be so caught up in themselves that they don’t even care if they’re affecting the mental wellbeing of others?

It makes me sad that there are individuals who have nothing better to do than mock and demean others. There is no excuse for bullying (online or off). Ever.
