Anybody ever buy from endure08?

On June 29, I bought some doll clothes from endure08 on eBay. The delivery estimate given by eBay was July 3 to July 10. However, from what it looks like, they never shipped my item. I contacted them on July 6 asking about the status of my order, but they haven't responded.

I've never had something like this happen before... What should I do now?

It is only the 8th so you have two more days till the estimated delivery date and we had a holiday Wens. She also says she has a 2-3 day handling time in her listing.  So she may have shipped at the beginning of this week and then with the holiday it could have been delayed.  Just a thought? 

I wouldn't worry just yet though, not all seller's upload there tracking information.  I'm not sure why because it sure would help in cases like this. But I would most definitely shoot her another message if you do not receive it by the 10th.   


Also I took a peek at her feedback and it looks pretty normal with a few issues but most say fast shipping.

I've had a few ebay auctions that didn't say they were shipped until after I already had them in my hands.  I don't know if the seller never updated the status, or if something was funky with ebay, but it does happen.  It's not *that* unusual for something to sit there listed as unshipped, it suddenly update with a late date, and then arrive that day or the next.

I usually wait until the item is officially overdue and then contact the seller.

  I know it can be worrying when an item doesnt arrive as fast as you'd expect, but it hasnt been very long yet and postal delays sometimes happen, as well as holidays   I'd give her until the 10th or the 11th and then  send her another message to check if/when she shipped your item. It could be that she has been away for the weekend or had limited/no internet time and thats why she hasnt responded to your first message yet. Sometimes it helps to send more than one message anyways since they dont always go through.  Hopefully everything will be ok and your item will arrive soon. Let us know how it goes though

Thanks guys. I guess I'm just a little bit paranoid about everything, and I forgot about the holiday on Wednesday. The seller has returned my message, though, and offered a refund, so everything is fine.

As far as I know, no, she didn't. I never got any confirmation or tracking number, and it hasn't shown up yet. I'm not really sure what happened, to be honest.

that's what I thought too. I mean... it really is a happy thing you get your money back at least, but you must have had the reason for buying what you bought (which is: you want to have that item), so I guess you'd be happier with the item rather than its price back. is it something you can easily find a substitute for at another seller? if it is, it's fine (but it'd still bug me why they never shipped), but if it isn't... if I were you I'd give it another try and ask them what the reason was for not shipping and refunding.
I also find it possible they were afraid of you getting disappointed and leaving bad feedback, and they thought it's better to refund, even though you weren't getting mad, you just asked. I have bought from such a seller once. once I asked (not in an angry manner) where my item was - it was a little late - he responded it might got lost and he'll refund me asap, just spare him from leaving bad feedback. he did sound scared. thankfully he didn't refund by his own will, but waited for my answer in which I told him I don't need that yet, I just asked if something happened, but it's okay if it's just a little late. the item arrived a couple of days later (too early for another to be sent, so it really was late only) and it was a happy end ^^
