This thread is to discuss TV shows (new or old) that you’re currently or recently finished watching. I watch several shows across a few streaming services, so I would like to discuss them if anyone else is watching them too. If you’re watching something I’m not, perhaps someone else is! Just a couple items:1. REMEMBER there is a Sensitive Topic rule!!! Don’t put anything explicit. 2. Don’t forget to use the Spoiler feature (indicated by the Sp button) if it applies. 3. If you’re not watching anything, that’s fine. No need to announce it. Here’s what I’m watching: Physical 100 (Part way through season 2. These people are absolute beasts! I’m awed by them because I could never!) Queen Charlotte (I need to finish this before Season 3 of Bridgerton is released in May. Did you see the trailer?!) The Curious Case of Natalia Grace (Just finished this and had such mixed feelings. The very ending though?!?!) Quiet On Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV (Sensitive Topic, so I’ll limit my thoughts to this: I knew there’s fishy stuff going on, but WTF?! I haven’t watched the newest ep yet.) The Gilded Age (Basically New York 1880’s new money vs. old money - made by Downton Abbey creator. I finished this not long ago, and honestly I love it.) Ghosts (I’m caught up. This show gives me the comic relief I need.) Resident Alien (Harry cracks me up. The sheriff is so whacky. One of my favorite bits is the drawing intros!) Animal Control (Such a corny show not to be taken seriously, but I still like to keep up with it.) Bob’s Burgers (I keep up with this too. I like this dorky family.) I’m sure there are others I can’t think of in this moment… What TV do you watch?

I LOVE Christmas baking! My SILs do sugar cookies with the kids every year. That's always cute & fun. This year my work is having a Cookie Exchange. I think I'll bring NYT chocolate chip cookies. You know, extra chocolatey! What random act of kindness did you do recently? It doesn't have to be big... Sometimes it's just nice to hear about the graciousness of others. I go on FB and see people gripe & argue plenty, but it's a treat to see the posts about people showing kindness to strangers. When I reinflated my car tires this morning, I saw a little old lady having trouble filling hers when I was done, so I helped her. She offered to pay me, but I turned her down. Please don't think I'm coming here to brag. It just made me feel good. I should make this a habit.   How about you?

I meant to post this earlier... Did anyone catch that documentary on PBS, Chasing Wild Horses? It's about a photographer & his love for the wild horses of Sable Island. It was so interesting. The island is quite small. It only has like a dozen houses, all of which are research centers besides a couple staff houses and 1 guest house. The island was so pretty too, with the horses roaming free and the moon so incredibly large. I watched Chasing Wild Horses right before bed, so it felt like a fairytale. They're babies with cartoony faces & I saw them at TRU & Target not too long ago. I think they have beanie-like hats & toothy grins. They had miniature versions too, one had a crib & mobile with a unicorn or pony on it. I want to say cuddly or coochie-something? Man, it's driving me crazy trying to remember what they're called!  Google's not helping me. Maybe it was something like krazy or kooky or something? Lol oh man

PSA: Kmart has their Teacup Families (similar to Calico Critters/Sylvanian Families) on clearance at Kmart (or at least at the 3 out of 3 stores I visited while hunting for a particular MH doll).  You have to go to the toy clearance section; they weren't mixed in with the regular toys. Here's the hippo one I got: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginClose-up of playground: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginYou set the hippo in the teacup, pull up the lever, and (I guess?) give it a nudge to slide down. There's also a swing at the top for the babies. Close-up of the family: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginEdit for better pic (got the plastic top off): visitors can't see pics , please register or loginHere you see 2 adults, 2 babies, a large swing, teeter totter, merry-go-round, and baby accessories. I think it's a nice little set for $15.  I collect hippos and Calico Critters, so it was a must (and made the blow of not finding the MH doll a little less hurtful)! I also saw a Lion family at one store and an orange Cat family at another. Plus 2 of the stores had the little twins sets (mostly monkeys).

I'm Naomi & live in Phoenix with my husb, 2 pups, and 1 bunny. My MLP collection is mostly comprised of G3s, but I want to obtain more G1s (not that I'm opposed to the others)! I love FiM & watch it daily on my lunch hour. Anyway, I hope to learn more about MLP, grow my collection, & make new connections with other people who can understand my love of ponies.
