I love all G3's, but my favorite right now is probably Tinka-Tinka-Too. I'm a sucker for the donkey pose

Out of the ponies I own: Pillow Talk, Napper, and G3 Tiramisu and Mochanut. I clearly have a "cozy" theme going, haha.

Fave ponies I don't own?? Uh... too many to list :p I can never have just one favorite anything.

Out of the ponies that I have, my favourites are Posey, Windy, Majesty and the mini MacDonalds version of Princess Silver Swirl. They were all ponies that I had when I was little and it still makes me really happy to have them again.

G1:  I absolutely love Wind Whistler, oh how I long for a minty brushable of her...  Her personality in the cartoon really appealed to me, even if it was a bit much sometimes.  I really related to her in Crunch the Rockdog, which cemented her as my favorite in the end.

G2: I don't have him, but Prince Firefly is fab~  Love the dark purple and neon yellow colors!

G3: Waterfire, no contest.  Her colors, her name, and the whole contradiction theme really appealed to me.  She's a pony defense attorney in my herd because the contradiction theme makes me think of the Ace Attorney series, another big love of mine.

G4: I can't choose between Sunset Shimmer and Honey Rays.  Something about their colors...

All time fav is definitely G1 Buttons (prefer NSS bc symbol is more detailed).

Fav G3s are Shenanigans and Fluttershy.

Not sure about G4s yet. Maybe Lyra?

There are so many awesome ponies, it's really hard to choose a favorite!  I guess if I had to choose, I'd say Baby Sugarcake.  Moonstone is my "army" pony and is a definite favoite, too.

As for the other gens..

G1: tie between Applejack and Nachtlicht (Nightlight)
G3: tie between Pumpkin Tart and Port-o-Bella
G4: Trixie Lulamoon. I dunno why, but I just adore her (I like her personality in the show too, from what I've seen of it). I'm also very fond of Holly Blue or "Trixieshy", one of the Taobao oddball ponies.
I don't watch the show much, but if I had to pick favourites from the show-only characters.. prolly the Flim Flam Brothers. :B I wish they'd make brushables of them.

Honorary mention to Pinkie Pie (both the G3 and G4 versions), who I wouldn't necessarily call a "favourite" of mine, but I still seem to have amassed a small army of her.

Aah! It's so hard to chose. From my childhood, it was probably Sapphire Shores and Starcather. They were both the best ponies in my herd, and always the ones I picked to play with first, but now I'd have to say Tex and Gusty.
