I think if we see more boys its highly likely they ll be in the same mould...in person I like it much more than I thought I would.

thanks!   I might take a picture with better suited lighting and take more time to do a proper recolor.  and do Braeburn too! LOL

i sorta wish they'd at least make a separate "bangs" tuft of hair-fur that pointed forward, that could really give a more accurate look, if we're stuck with hair-fur anyway.

I also ALMOST added freckles and shaded his hoofs differently, but then I remembered Hasbro wouldn't do that.

Yeah, Hasbro would never do show-accurate details like that.  They just HAD to create a stamp to give Applejack toys useless eyebrows, but giving her show-accurate FRECKLES?! NEVER!!!

You did a great job.  He looks pretty cute!  Though I hope they make a "rounder" boy mold for Big Mac.  He's not as straight-lined and chiseled as Shining Armor.  I'd like to see Prince Blueblood and Fancypants in this mold, though!  I think some of the background boy ponies would look good in this mold too.

This is great work, although I really hope they make big Mac more show accurate or at least like a scaled up version of the Blind Bag boys, who are super cute.... And in my opinion even cuter than the animated show version.

I agree he needs to be rounder and a bit more bulky, the SA head is just to chisseled and angular to me!

Wonderfully done I'd also like a different set of eyes & hair, but i love Big Mac so much i'd probably just buy anything if he comes into store

This is so true for me too! I think the blind bag boys are actually cuter than the cartoon!
