I personally used Japonica.com last and was pretty happy with them. Their set up is mostly email based but unlike some other buying services they have an auto sniper program. If you need help, let me know

Hello! I couldn't find an introduction for myself, so I wanted to post one even though I've been here for a bit. I'm currently located in Missouri. I've been collecting ponies since I was little. I have a few hundred I think now. Around 70-90 G3s in particular (they seem to be multiplying rapidly). Been picking up more ponies lately. I also collect BJDs as well as Monster High and Every After High dolls.

I agree and have been overall fairly disappointed in the line. I did finally pick up a few of the later release ones with feet which I did like, but the early dolls I just don't really care for. I think we're about to see the dolls completely disappear pretty soon. Most of the ones I've seen have been clearanced here and I've seen no new dolls. The minis have been showing and I like the look, but I've already heard of several breaking issues (back on the poor quality issue you mentioned).
I'm also going to add the bottom dollar budget dolls were even more dull that were at Dollar General. No real hair and all plastic clothing. I also have been overall disappointed at their accuracy with the show. They just don't look like the characters to me. I'd almost wish they had released human dolls as well (what the characters spend the majority of their time being on the show).
I am glad they did their improvements, but I think but then they already turned of a lot of people from picking them up which probably helped solidify the failure of the line as a whole. :'(

I'd say it's technically against the rules. EBay does not allow using their platform for communication of dealings off eBay. I'd say sending a discount code post feedback is fine, but since it's explicitly for something off site, it would not be ok. You should have an option on the message to report it within the eBay platform if you wanted to let them know. They'll process an investigation before they do anything to the seller.
