Test Potential Sig?

Hi

Just wanted to check this potential sig before I actual commit to it, that's why I'm posting it instead of updating my sig. It should be 500x200 and 37KB?

I'd also like your opinion on whether it's okay or a little over the top? I wanted it to be eye-catching with the animation but not too distracting.
I also have no idea how it will appear for people using smart phones and other devices.
