good email provider?

ok I need to make a new email.. AGAIN

I'm done with yahoo, absolutly done.. this is my second or third account through them, and this one took less then a year to fill up with more spam then i can even keep track of. Let me just point out that the email im talking about is my "personal" email, meaning I dont use it to register to any accounts, and never link it to ANYTHING. Its the email I made for friends and family. But once again my friends and family are getting emails from me that I am not sending, leading them to spam sites. and im sick of it. My family aka, the older people who actually trust anything just because its got my name on it, open these things and, i dont even want to imagine what might go on from there...

iv also used gmail and live for email with about the same effects...

does anyone have a suggestion? for an email provider that wont blast spam out to everyone just because iv had it long enough? :/

Weird ... I've never had this problem with Gmail.  Uhh ... I don't know since I only use them.  Good luck!

Gmail..and check with your internet provider--there's a good chance that you have a few email with them and don't realize it
