What doll base is this?

Hey guys, I just recently bought a doll lot from someone and it came in today.
I can ID all the dolls there except this one doll base next to baity EQG Fluttershy

visitors can't see pics , please register or login


The back of the base says Takara. Any ideas?

Edit: Also me and a friend are trying to figure out what the blue blazes this is.. it also came in the lot

The bag is from one of Monster High Lagoona's Fashion packs... as for the body, maybe an articulated Jenny body? Looks too tall for Licca
