Meh! Ebay buyers- more nonsense, lol

So, someone purchased a baby rattle accessory.

They sent this email today-
Hi, I received the rattle today. I did not realize that it was so tiny, as a result I cannot use it. I am going to return it. Thanks


What? did they think it was a full sized rattle? Would it really only cost $2 to ship a full sized one that's listed in a my little pony toy category? Ung... I swear, I'm not refunding their shipping.

I've seen people put rulers next to their items to show how big it is for cases like this. I wouldn't refund until you have the bottle

I have found there is no point in arguing with these types of people.  It will get you no where and it's not worth the negative over a couple dollar item.

Agreed ^^   its such a pain when something like this happens, but its not worth getting a neg over - especially when its not a high value item    its best to just refund and move on.    You'd think she would have asked you first if she was in any doubt over the size of the item

I did not get my order and it is because of me and my busy work.. It came to customs and I was trying to get it from there, but it was difficult.. so now they have sent that order back to you..
So I understood from your pages that you will refund that order, but I have to pay delivering.. so could you pay me those items and.. =(

It never ceases to amaze me the crazy things that go on sometimes. 
 
I would tell her that when the item arrives back, you will then refund the original amount of the item minus shipping costs.  It is not your responsibilty that she was "too busy" to pick up her items at customs.  That is hers as a buyer.   And I am not sure why she hates her customs department, they are doing their job.  I almost wonder if she really was busy and is just refusing the package because she had to pay fees on it.

I've decided to just write off the rattle lady, but this newest one irks me. Things is, she has good feedback too. It was a rather expensive purchase, almost $100 so I assume she didn't want to pay the fees. Seriously, I hope they come back me- no way I'm just eating $100. I haven't replied yet, was to angry.

Between these people and the recent NPBs- I just want to close my store.

I'm sooo looking forwards to going to the casino next week, need to unwind. LOL.
