Do you have her? What do you think of her? Share some more pics!
I have her. This set has an interesting gimmick...
-
Yay, one I actually have!
Thrifted her a little while ago back in October. Set gimmick is weird but it makes the expressions on their faces really cute.
-
I think that pose is pretty cute! I'd love to have her!
-
I don't have her yet. The Drink n Wets aren't one of my favourite sets, their wide open mouths are a tad off-putting. If I see her at a good price I will happily get her, but she's nowhere near the top of my want list.
-
Have her! I think DnW faces are endearing. Still a weird set though.
-
Pass. I'm not a fan of the drink n wet ponies. :( I could overlook that if didn't have the holes in their mouths.

I wouldn't mind having her. She's so cute! Plus I like Drink n Wets. I wouldn't go outta my way to get her though, as she's a little too similar to Noddins. But I wouldn't pass her up if I got her in a lot or out in the wild.

I have her, she came from a carboot sale years ago. I think I also have her accessories but I am not totally sure as they came to me separately.
Her UK name is much more topical for the theme of the week. We call her Baby Wellyboot. I remember that name confused some folk last time it came up - a Wellyboot is a rain boot or wellington boot :) I think she liked to go splashing in puddles in them in the comic. I also remember her being a Pony of the Month once as well...perhaps in Autumn some time, because puddles and leaves go well together in UK terms...
I liked her a lot as a kid but never saw her in stores. I do like her now too but I wish she didn't have the gimmick. The pose is fine, the holes not so much.
UK comic never made D&W about drinking and wetting. It was all about the nappies getting wet by playing in water, puddles, pools and the like, which was weird but definitely better than the alternative.
We didn't have Noddins in the UK, so she stood out for me as a kid :)

I think Parasol or Dazzleglow would make a cute mom for her. :lovey:

I love her UK name. :) I also wish the US had gone with the diapers getting wet from playing in and around water instead of drinking and wetting.

My sister was still at play-with-ponies age when we were carbooting, and that generally is how it worked out - Dazzleglow as mother of Wellyboot. I think the Dad ended up being Tex, and then little sister was Squirmy. But it's a loong time ago now ;)

Aww what a cute family.

She's new to me, I really like her overall design although the gimmick creeps me out a bit. I really like the name Wellyboot as well, it reminds me of the song from The Flumps: "With a yo-ho-ho and a wellyboot, he sailed the stormy sea!"

The Flumps?
-
The Flumps?
It's a very mellow and very British children's TV show from the 1970s, about a family of fluffy creatures. It's really cute, but then I might be viewing it through some serious Nostalgia Goggles.
-
Aww they are cute looking, I dont think I have them just yet.

Want.

I'll check it out.

I do not like this set, but I will say this: at least they molded the lips instead of just drilling an awkward round hole like they did with the G1 Soda Sipping ponies.

If only Hasbro had done that with the Sippins.
-
Pass. Not keen on this set. Never had any of them go through my hands so there's room to change my mind in the event. But most definitely NOT actively seeking them out :P
-
Pass, not a fan of this gimmick (I'll never understand it) and she doesn't grab me in general, really. Plus the open mouths are a bit odd-looking. I like them better than the poor Soda Sippin' ponies, though.
