As for Lavender Lace, Perfume puff ponies were supposed to have a sort of afro, but it would definitely need some washing and de-matting. I'd recommend a gentle detergent wash out, such as a little woolite and then a short soak in some warm water and about half a tablespoon full of fabric softener. Take apart the mats while in the fabric softener dip gently with your hands, rinse her off, let her dry, and then pick until nice and fluffy again.
As for Sniffles, they appear to need the hair color called "Atomic Turquoise" at Dollyhair .

As for Lavender's hair, you can absolutely fix that! Start by beginning to comb out the kinks. You will lose some hair in the process, but don't worry, it will be well worth it. Then you'll want to use an iron or straightener on it. Wet and lather the hair up with conditioner, then use the iron/straightener. Comb it out, wet and add conditioner, iron again. Continue this process until the hair is smooth and to your liking. Below is a photo of my Lavender after the process.
It's been a while since I've cleaned up a Perfume Puff, but I'd be happy to do it for you for just the cost of shipping if you so desire! I find it to be quite fun prettying up a pony!

..... ok, let's do it I'm 27 , live in Dublin, Ireland I'm collecting ponies from last xmas (2012), I got a pony, Twilight Sparkle (g4) from my mum when I was a child I had just one, Vanilla Treat from cookery ponies UK but I lost her ... and found another on ebay . I was sooo excited when she arrived and then madness began.... now my collection is growing almost every week I have over 50 G1 ponies, my favourite, and 3 g3 plus 30 g4. My nr 1 pony is of course Vanilla Treat!!! It's like to be a kid again ... PS. Forgive me my English, it's not my national language.
