Chesh-Ire: The Cat O' Nine Tails (TFT Swap for Stormpony)

Chesh-Ire is not your typical Cheshire Cat. He nine prehensile and posable tails with which to cause much mischief! His ire is only sated by taking out a little pain, with grin so sharp and tails so keen, on those who cause him grief.

I also used the fact that Stormpony likes blue and sparkles :)
