Are You A Good or Bad Pony Auction Looser?

There is an auction on ebay coming up that I simply "need" to win lol...[I know that attitude is not safe or sane but I think I have an auction addiction]...


My mum, friends and colleagues at work are willing me to win this auction as apparently I become like a kitten that got dunked in a puddle when I loose auctions...think stroppy child, huffy teenager, kind of thing...and I can be a little unlovable and unliveable with for a couple of hours to a week depending on the importance of said auction!


So let me ask you....are you as bad as this? Do you throw things if you miss out or simply shrug and move on...

If it's something I really want seriously badly I'm pretty much just like you... but of course I still am technically a teenager so me being huffy isn't so unusual lol.
I actually kinda judge how important the pony was to me after a loss, if I can shrug it off I won't be so desperate to find it again or bid so high. During bidding I try to keep my head and make sensible bids but ponies are such an emotional/important item sometimes that people can drive bids up insanely, and bidding early is the worst.

In fact, I've actually completely forgotten to bid on a pony I was stalking because I got distracted by something else, felt bummed out for a moment then moved on. Darn University work, distracting me from pony hunts! But I count it as more money to spend one another pony another day.

So in short, you're definitely not alone. When I lose out on an important pony I go into super pout mode but try to put it out of my mind with other things. It comes hand-in-hand with that heart pounding adrenaline rush when you bid and win, maybe I'm kind of addicted lol.

for me it depends what it was. like i tried to put in a bid last minute on some MOC pony wear i wanted, i waited to bid so i'd eliminate them bidding against me. and the time ended just as i was submitting my bid and i lost. i'm still upset about it. really angry!!!!!

otherwise i just go "oh darn it!" and move on.

I've been known to strop I got outbid in the last seconds of a My Pretty Pony auction and the things I said cannot be repeated here

I'm terrible when I really want to win an auction and then end up getting outbid.
Only good thing about me losing is that at least I don't have to pay a waytoohigh amount of money because I sometimes bid a lot to make sure I win...  I usually just try to stay away from auctions, it's safer for me and my lappy

Most of the time, I am like *phew* because I know I have over bid my limit by a few dollars. lol. However, sometimes I get REALLY huffy. Like when I would consistantly lose Red Roses for like 5 dollars or less. But.....it just makes that time when you do win really sweet!

If I really want something, I'll be really upset. I'll walk away making words and go kill things in video games or something.  If I feel I can't live without what I just lost, I get really upset, eat ice cream, chocolate and wine.

The only time I was visibly upset about losing was when I got outbid on Baby Splish at the last second.  It is so rare to see her for sale that I felt like I really screwed up.

I don't think I have ever successfully won a my little pony auction. I've gotten most of my rare ponies on here because I am TERRIBLE at auctions and very unlucky.

I'm mostly a good looser. It depends on the imortance of the auction though. About a month ago I lost an auction with NBBE Baby Gusty that I was SO sure I would win. Was kinda depressed after that.
