Question about Play & Care / Non BBE Baby Ponies?

I've got myself a bit confused about Play & Care / Non Beddy Bye Eye Baby Ponies - help a pony out??
 
I've just bought NBBE Baby Lickety Split and was looking for her on my need list (which is sorted by the country the pony came from) and I don't have her listed! Dur! I don't know whether to put her in the UK only or the European section and also, the other ponies in the set, Baby Ribbon, Gusty and Heartthrob, are they UK or Euro? I thought Baby Heartthrob was German, or is the German version another seperate version to Play and Care/NBBE in the UK??

European section - the Play & Care Set had a pretty wide Euro release...LSplit, Ribbon, Gusty and HeartThrob - the same for the other 3 - the only real difference is in Baby Heart Throb who has a "non wing hearts" in the UK and "wing hearts" elsewhere...[I "think" I got that the right way round]

There were actually two groups of Play and Care babies - the second set are as detailed above (the ones often referred to as NBBE), but the first consists of Baby Cotton Candy, Baby Blossom and Baby Applejack - just for completions sake!

There are also PAT PEND and non PAT PEND of the NBBEs ( I know for at least Ribbon and LS)
