Nice find, they really look good :)
These two have been on german Ebay pretty often in the past years (littledonkey sold lots of them in near mint condition *still planning to raid their attic/cellar there must be mooooore* lol). They have normally been around 45-60€ each, though I guess the last time Ive seen them they were about 75€.
I dont know what they are worth on the international market but for the german market these two are pretty common.

I remember littledonkey selling a LOT of ponies some years back.
They have nice UK style cards so there might be a UK market for them. I'd buy them but I would also buy all MOC ponies on UK style cards and my bank account would explode and then I'd be homeless with a lot of carded ponies...so...erm..yeah.
But just saying. The card design matches the UK release rather than the US release of this set which may or may not help in your selling of them.

OMG - ♥ she was my first Ponys as child ♥ i think MOC nighlight for 350€ is a really fair price .. that i dont saw it xD
