I didn't get any shipping information and my hair just arrived!  She also sent a free pony because I made such a large purchase   It took just over 3 weeks.

It's great that people are receiving their orders in a more timely fashion

I was looking through my order the other day and on top of the colours I ordered, I also ordered one of the surprise/random bags (5 colours/hair types chosen at random) and to my joyous discovery, my one of the hanks was a thermal colour changing one (dark pink to light pink) Woot Woot I had no idea lol.

I kept looking at them and thinking, geez this hair looks thicker and the texture is different, so I pulled it out to look at it and then realized it was changing colour due to my touch and I got super stoken about that lol

I didn't get any response yet. I stated that I wanted to have a delivery notification and got it but usually you don't get one. I haven't heard from her since then, so I think I'll give up ordering from her. It's sad to say after more than 5 successful years of ordering. It's strange that these problems did occur just this year. So if anybody of you get in contact with her, please let point her in my direction.
