TruffleShuffle have new MLP shirts but are they using photos with permission?

I noticed that TruffleShuffle have a new G1 shirt up. I thought the photographs seemed familiar and it looks like some of them might be from Strawberry Reef.

The Argentinian Firefly on the middle row is definitely from there but flipped. I believe the Applejack in the bottom row is as well.

Does anyone know if they got permission to use these photographs? They also have a G3 sweatshirt for sale but I don't recognise the photos:

Hopefully everything's legitimate but it wouldn't be the first time clothing designers were found ripping stuff from the internet. . .

Gem Blossom on the sweater is from this random Angelfire site.

Bunches-o-Fun on the sweater is from Strawberry Reef, the accessories were cropped out (which makes it kinda worse actually.)

Glory is for sure from Strawberry Reef as well. The rest I wouldn't be surprised if they're ripped from various places, the manes and quality of photo are too nice. I'll keep digging.

I think it's kind of cute    It does make it sad if they used the photos without permission.

I notice that they pretty much used the exact same ponies that have been showing up on other retro merch.  And on a side note, I don't understand how Princess Sparkle got lumped in this group in the first place.  Was she ever that popular?  Or did they just want to include a princess pony?

I'm sure Princess Sparkle's addition is due to the popularity she experienced as a recurring reference on "The O.C."  For a while there, she was pricier to try to get than some of the second set Princesses.

The G3 images are promo shots mostly I think that Hasbro would have provided.

I think a lot of the images on Strawberry Reef are provided by community members so you would probably need to track down those individual submissions to see if they gave permission. However, I would not be surprised if they were simply ripped off the internet - that is the nature of a lot of these products unfortunately

Wow, you guys are better at tracking down images than I am! Does anyone know how to contact Strawberry Reef and alert them to this? This shirt appears to be popular and I don't want people profiting from stolen photos.
